Trane in the Pacific Northwest – Rocky Mountain Region is hiring for a Regional Service Solutions Leader to join our team. In this role you will be leading a team of service professionals, providing for all Service activities within a large geographic area.

Where is the work: This position has been designated as remote and work will be performed in Denver, CO or Bellevue, WA .

What you will do:

  • Function as Regional Operations Leader for the service revenue stream, providing the leadership for all Service activities with internal and external customers.

  • Responsible for the performance of the Service Business Stream and is accountable for the strategy and achievement of specific budget objectives.

  • Incumbent must excel at hiring, developing, training, coaching, leading and motivating a diverse workforce for optimal results.

  • Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance within service team.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Relevant people leadership experience, preferably in a technical HVAC environment.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer and business contracts etc.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:

  • DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

Base Compensation Range: $150,000 - $224,000 annually. This role offers an incentive plan

This role has been designated as * Remote within a Geography* .  While most work can be done remotely, there are geographical travel and time-zone considerations. Shared touch-down workspace available on-site. *The Company reserves the right to modify this designation should business needs require.
