Where is the work: This position has been designated as remote and work will be performed in Denver, CO or Bellevue, WA .
What you will do:
Function as Regional Operations Leader for the service revenue stream, providing the leadership for all Service activities with internal and external customers.
Responsible for the performance of the Service Business Stream and is accountable for the strategy and achievement of specific budget objectives.
Incumbent must excel at hiring, developing, training, coaching, leading and motivating a diverse workforce for optimal results.
Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance within service team.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relevant people leadership experience, preferably in a technical HVAC environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of customer and business contracts etc.
Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:
DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
Base Compensation Range: $150,000 - $224,000 annually. This role offers an incentive plan
