Job Summary：
FQE is responsible to analyze Product claims data - PPMs, ICQ, COPQ ($). Report analysis on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, yearly basis, to the different levels or the organization. Working daily on quality tickets with Field Service technicians. Communicate with internal and end customer on actions taken on Quality findings. Provide necessary inputs and work with Manufacturing, Reliability, and Engineering functions to drive Quality improvements.
Responsibilities:
Data analysis and reporting on Quality Data excel & tableu - PPMs, ICQ, COPQ %).
Root cause analysis and Project Management to coordinate CARs, SCARs, A3s, Eng Projects with the different organization teams.
Excellent communication English/Spanish to be able to work with different teams from the organization, including End Customer.
Present monthly testing results to different areas of the organization: Operations Business Unit, Plant Director, Design Engineering Manager, SBUs Quality Leaders, Design Engineering Leads, PGT for each product platform.
Coordinate customer visits and participate on improvement projects
Actively drive customer quality improvement programs as well as the advanced products quality planning for new products (APQP / safe launch).
Ensure Trane products meet or exceed both business and customer quality and reliability requirements.
Be active member of our ISO9001 quality system. Audit process and systems to ensure compliance and improvement.
Communicate with End Customer on Quality findings and issues resolutions.
Develop PPMs and COPQ AOP goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
Manufacturing/Quality positions in HVAC related industry knowledgable on (DOE, SPC, Minitab, Control Plan, AMEF, 8D´s, ISO-9001).
Problem solving, Organizing, planning, Self-driven, Organized, Customer oriented, High integrity, Analytical thinking, Team worker. Spanish and English fluent.
Conocimiento de sistemas HVAC, Microsoft office
