This position will be based on-site in our La Crosse, WI facility full-time; and is considered a safety-sensitive role.

Essential Job Functions

The PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Coordinator will be responsible for the development, sustainment, and continuous improvement of the PFEP program for materials delivery systems.

Maintain strict control of PFEP database, ensuring data integrity for warehouse management and lineside material flow. Including new part setup as well as change management of phase-in / phase-out materials and work stations.

Create facility-wide view of supply chain planning processes and tools in order to assist in the coordination of efforts from multiple teams across functional groups.

Leads efforts to gather and analyze data on facility demand for each part required for production. Recommends inventory thresholds and replenishment levels.

Work and communicate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams in order to apply PFEP program across the facility.

Responsible for obtaining the subject matter expertise necessary to coach and mentor other stakeholders on the process principles and applications.

Assist in pareto analysis and problem resolution for process gaps.

Support and provide necessary data and analysis for all planned material supermarket activity. Assist the development of key process indicators to ensure PFEP process is in control.

Maintain warehouse default and overflow locators. Optimize kitting routes. Maintain Kanban sizing and location.

Qualifications:

BA Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Operations preferred; relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

3+ years of experience within Procurement

Demonstrated experience with end-to-end ERP system manipulation.

Highly analytical, ability to concisely present large amounts of data.

Understanding of Kanban, JIT systems, and plant materials movement processes.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel).

Oracle R12 experience preferred

Excellent communication skills.

Demonstrated root cause analysis skills required.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $60,000-$75,000.
