Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for routine administrative functions to support the service sales process and service team(s). This position is required to closely interact with the Account Managers, assigned service staff and customers to ensure all needs are met. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly responding to questions, concerns, and needs.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

What you will do:

  • Manages uploading process of documentations for project to Trello Board for processing.

  • Facilitates the transition process of assigned projects from Sales to Service.

  • Enter Opportunities into Salesforce CRM as requested.

  • Responsible for managing the credit approval and PO acknowledgement processes.

  • Legal Contract Review & Maintenance – work with Contract Management and area managers

  • Schedule TIP meetings with key participants to review scope of work and meeting checklist.

  • Acts as local office champion for Salesforce CRM and special projects as assigned.

  • Responsible for issuing Certificates of Insurance (COI) – Direct service customers.

  • Using equipment lists provided, enters, and attaches Equipment to Locations in Salesforce.

  • Stays current with GSA Schedule and U.S. Communities procedures to ensure projects transition accurately.

  • Uploads Tax Exempt certificates into Tax portal.

  • Collaborate and support CSR reporting and functions where applicable.

  • Manage sales lead and linkage process on behalf of sales teams

  • Manage commission updates and submissions.

  • Other functions may be assigned as follows.

What you will bring:

  • High School diploma or GED required. Associate’s or bachelor’s preferred. Up to four (4) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least four years previous experience in a Windows environment with demonstrated knowledge and ability to use advanced features within Microsoft Office Site of products.

  • Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently, as well as part of a team.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Must be extremely organized and possess a keen sense of urgency.

  • Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems preferred, not required.

  • Problem solving ability involving concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $ 60,000-70,000
