Job Summary

This role is part of our Commercial HVAC (CHVAC) EMEA business unit. CHVAC EMEA is a leading provider of innovative heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions in the European, Middle Eastern, and African regions.

As the IT Service Delivery Leader, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for information technology service operations for the AL-KO businesses. As a key member of the staff of the VP IT EMEA, this role will also serve as a thought leader and strategic business partner for AL-KO businesses in the region.

What will your responsibilities be?

· Build and maintain strong business relationships, including an understanding of company-wide business processes and forward-looking technology needs

· Own the application landscape for the AL-KO business in Europe and build a strategic application roadmap in conjunction with enterprise architecture and other EMEA IT Business partners

· Partner with supply chain and operations stakeholders to define and deliver digital capabilities and automation that enable world class agility and resilience while maximizing safety, efficiency, and product reliability.

· Establish and cultivate enterprise and external service delivery relationships to maximize the security, reliability, efficiency, and availability of infrastructure and client technologies

· Own all aspects of service delivery for information technology infrastructure and client services, including partnership with enterprise, internal and external service delivery organizations

· Apply lean principles to transform, maintain, and continuously improve IT service delivery with a relentless focus on internal customer enablement

· Partner with other IT Service Delivery Leaders and Business Partners across Trane Technologies, building a network of others tasked with running the operational components of similar areas and apply best practices and lessons learned to continuously improve IT services delivery

· Act as a point of contact for service issue escalation and crisis management response

· Manage area communications, town halls, organization updates, executive briefings, and presentations

· Utilize lean thinking and tools to identify cost savings opportunities through waste reduction and process optimization

· Develop and own projects identified through lean events and strategic planning; collect and analyze data and provide proposals for continuous improvement initiatives

· Coordinate and manage reporting, metrics, and Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) and Management for Daily Improvement (MDI) for IT services delivery to ensure services are delivered to meet or exceed business expectations

· Coach the team on lean tools and concepts including kaizen, value stream mapping, A3 problem solving and visual management

· Ensures that all systems within area of responsibility comply with standards of internal control and other policies and regulations

What are the requirements and key competencies?

· Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred

· 10+ years of people leadership experience in IT service delivery and/or business partnership in a manufacturing environment

· Experience with SAP

· Demonstrated Lean maturity and implementation

· Proven history of leading complex projects to successful delivery

· Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills

· Organization and planning skills

· High degree customer focus

· Highly resourceful

· Strong emotional intelligence

· Self-motivation

· Excellent analytical skills

· Global exposure in a multi-national company is an asset

· Ability to travel up to 20%
