Job Summary:

The Senior Creative Services Manager is a critical leadership role in the Americas Brand & Content Marketing team, focused on leading the Creative Services function. This role will be responsible for developing and leading a regional creative services model leveraging both internal and external resources to support the creative needs of the regional businesses. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence and effective communication to facilitate the success of the creative services function.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all creative resources (both internal and external) to effectively deliver on the content needs of the Americas region. Effectively plan resources. Build, maintain, and nurture a portfolio of external partners to support content creation needs for The Americas. Identify opportunities for internal team development

  • Best-in-class collaboration with a wide variety of partners and stakeholders. Effectively work cross-functionally to build and maintain relationships with a number of internal teams including (but not limited to) Channel/Field Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Digital Marketing, Insights, and Product Management.

  • Build and grow creative services capability and processes to effectively support the Americas regional brand portfolio in terms of creative articulation of brands, aligned to brand standards and guidelines. Leverage and manage technology platforms to manage and drive processes and resources

  • Define & manage a creative services budget, operating within the expense budget as specified, following all DOA procedures as outlined

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, marketing, or related field.

  • 10+ years professional experience in graphic design, content creation, or related field

  • 7+ years experience leading teams and managing external vendors and partners

  • Well versed in Adobe Creative Cloud programs including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, email creation programs and tools, web tools, and more. Willingness to learn new platforms as needed based on organizational MarTech

  • Proficiency in word processing/computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Balanced leader with creative and operational mindset. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.

  • Experience with design and creative automation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent analytical, time-management, and project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects

  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence/inspire (highly collaborative across a variety of function and with external partners).

  • attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at once

  • Ability to think critically, and establish go-forward plans aligned to business objectives

  • Results-oriented, self-driven & internally motivated

Base Compensation Range is $141,000 - $190,000. Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
