The ServiceNow Solutions Engineer plays a pivotal role within our ServiceNow Platform team, focusing on strategic oversight, evaluation of new features, and ensuring adherence to standards. This role requires a balance of deep functional and technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, coupled with a track record of successful medium to large-scale implementations. While not primarily responsible for coding and development, the ideal candidate will provide guidance, review configurations, and contribute to Proof of Concepts (POCs), working closely with our service provider to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.

This is a Remote position.

Responsibilities :

  • Deep Functional and Technical knowledge on the Platform, experience in delivering medium to large scale implementations.Possess Knowledge on IT Operations Management, configurations & ITOM offerings.

  • Evaluate business needs and propose suitable solutions for Low Code development, perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution considering technical feasibility.Provide guidance and technical leads on Design & Solutioning, Compliant with Enterprise Architecture.

  • Experience in maintaining CMDBs, Asset Management and other Asset/Configuration Management repositories in the Organization. Excellent understanding of Infrastructure configurations, CI classes and their relationships.

  • Integration Capabilities with third party applications using REST APIs, SOAP; Knowledge on Integration Hub and Flow Designer for creating Integrations and automating processes.

  • Perform ServiceNow Platform Upgrades; Identify and address performance bottlenecks in ServiceNow Instances.

  • Good knowledge on Event Management, Discovery, Service Mappings and Knowledge on HRSD will be a value add.Experience in Performance Analytics and reporting.

  • Effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential for engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, strong business acumen will be vital in conveying complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.

Qualifications :

  • ServiceNow Platform Expertise including its architecture, table structure and core functionalities; Configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, APM, CSM modules.

  • Experience with knowledge management and using AI/ML based search and Automation Techniques.

  • Hands on Experience with Flow Designers, REST APIs, P2P integrations with third party applications.

  • Deep knowledge on scripting, strong technical understanding of ServiceNow framework and Architecture.

  • Experience in version upgrades including Cloning, migration of data from instances.

  • Experience/Understanding in key techs within ServiceNow like MID Server Administration, ACLs, ATFs, Performance Analytics.

  • Create Technical documents & handbooks to present the application design, code & testing scripts.

  • Experience with Agile SCRUM and SAFe methodologies preferred.

  • Strong Understanding of Change & Release management & ITIL concepts.

  • Preferably CSA, CAD certifications.

Base Pay Range : $100,000 to $130,000.
