Position Summary:

The Material Coordinator – Super Market is responsible for any of the following: coordinating picking work, part replenishment, material checks, line part availability help, outage escalations, and problem solving. They manage all paperwork that flows through the warehouse/supermarket and ensure the systems are up to date and accurate. They actively partner with fabrication, material planning, and assembly to minimize outages and solve shortages.

Position Responsibilities:

· Ensure all triggers, signals, and paperwork are used and in place.

· Assist with Kanban database maintenance and execution internal and external

· Maintain standard work related to material flow systems and processes

· Lead Kanban set up and execution process to ensure part availability

· Communicate, document, escalate and track part shortages

· Assist in all material flow needs that arise

· Other duties as assigned

Key Competencies and Success Factors: .

· Problem Solving: Uses data analysis and excellent processes to help predict problem areas, identify areas of opportunity, and update standard work

· Analytical: Superior analytical skills

· Computer: High level proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Access, Excel, and Outlook (should have excel skills such as VLOOKUP’s and other intermediate excel knowledge)

· Communication: Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills

· Have a positive attendance history with less than 3 unplanned absences in the last 12 months.

This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.

Other Requirements:

· Must have a valid SC driver’s license and acquire a PIV license for sit down/stand up lift, Yard Dog spotter truck, and golf cart.
